Tournaments,
run by a bot

Paidia Bot is your tournament assistant right inside Discord. It builds the channels, opens registration, seeds the bracket, and tracks every score — then publishes a live tournament page your whole community can follow.

What it does

Everything an organizer needs

From the first signup to the grand final — handled in Discord, mirrored on the web.

Registration & roles

Players sign up with a click. The bot assigns roles, manages capacity, and handles check-in — solo or team.

Auto brackets

Single & double elimination, group stages, and battle royale. Seeded automatically and published live.

Score reporting

Players report in their private matchroom thread and both sides confirm; confirmed scores post to #scoring and the bracket updates instantly.

Check-in windows

Open check-in on a timer before start. Statuses sync to the web page so everyone sees who's ready.

Live tournament page

Every event gets a public page — rosters, details, and the bracket — to share anywhere, no Discord login needed.

Mod tools

TOs and Mods stay in control with match reset, announcements, reminders, and result confirmations.

How it works

From command to champion

Add the bot

Invite Paidia Bot to your server and give it the channels it needs.

Create

Run /create-tournament and pick game, format, and size. Creating is free.

Players register

The bot opens registration and check-in; rosters fill automatically.

Unlock & play

Tournaments up to 8 players are free. For up to 64 players or advanced features, unlock with a Tournament Token (one event) or Pro (unlimited) — then report scores in Discord and the live bracket updates for everyone.

Slash commands

Powerful, not complicated

A handful of slash commands cover the entire tournament lifecycle. Organizers stay in control; players just play. Every action the bot takes is mirrored to your public tournament page in real time.

Questions

Good to know

Adding the bot and creating tournaments is free, and tournaments up to 8 players run free. Larger tournaments (up to 64 players) and advanced features unlock with a one-time Tournament Token (one event) or Paidia Bot Pro (unlimited tournaments).

No. Players join entirely through Discord. The public tournament page is viewable by anyone with the link, no login required.

Single elimination, double elimination, group stages, and battle royale — for both solo and team tournaments. The 2-Phase Group Stage is an advanced feature you unlock with a Tournament Token or Paidia Bot Pro.

In each matchup's private matchroom thread, players enter the result with the bot's score UI and both sides confirm. Confirmed scores post to #scoring and the bracket and standings on the web update automatically.

Yes. Configure team size (e.g. 3v3, 5v5) and the bot manages rosters, captains, and check-in per team.

Tournaments created in Discord publish to your live web pages automatically — the same data powers both.
