One Piece TCG Tournament Rules

Deck Requirements: All players must bring a legal One Piece TCG deck (50 cards + 1 Leader + 10 DON!! cards) following the official Bandai rules and current ban/restriction list. Once a deck has been submitted there is no changing decks.

Format: Matches will be played in a Best-of-One format with a 35-minute round timer.

Victory Conditions: A player wins by reducing the opponent’s Life to 0, or if the opponent cannot draw from their deck.

Time Limit & Tiebreakers: If time is called, players finish the current turn and play three additional turns. If no winner is determined, the player with more Life remaining wins. If tied, the result is a draw.

Conduct: Sportsmanship is mandatory. Cheating, stalling, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification.
